We are happy to accept returns for a full refund, store credit, or exchange (subject to availability) within 14 days of the original ship date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The garment must be returned in the condition it was shipped in, including being unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached (if applicable).
- The garment must be returned in the original packaging or a similar sturdy box to ensure it arrives safely.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the cost of returning the garment unless you are utilizing our “Try at Home” program (see below) or the garment is deemed faulty.
Exchanges:
We will do our best to accommodate exchanges where possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your desired size or style will be available. If an exchange is impossible, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team by filling out our return form to request a return authorization, specifying whether you would like a refund, store credit, or exchange (subject to availability).
- Once you have received your return authorization number, pack the garment securely in its original packaging or a similar sturdy box.
- Include the completed return form (provided with your order) inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided on the return form.
Processing Time:
We will process your return within 5 business days of receiving your package. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed, your refund has been issued, your gift card has been sent, or your exchange has been shipped.

- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning an item.
- Bridelope is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
“Try at Home” Program Return Process:
Bridelope is pleased to offer a “Try at Home” program in Canada for a fee of $75 CAD per dress. This program allows you to try on our wedding dresses in your home before committing to a purchase.
Here’s how it works:
- Visit our website or contact us to browse our selection of wedding dresses.
- Choose the dresses you want to try on (up to a maximum of 3 dresses).
- We will carefully package your chosen dresses and ship them to you.
- You will have [insert number] days to try on the dresses at home.
Once you’re finished trying the dresses, repack them in the provided packaging and ship them back to us using the included pre-paid return label.
Please note:
- The “Try at Home” program fee is non-refundable.
- The fee will be credited towards the total price of the dress if you decide to purchase one.
- You are responsible for taking care of the dresses while they are in your possession. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be your responsibility.
